PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order for verification, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
DIGITAL ACCESS AND INSTANT DELIVERY
Certain products, offers, or services may include instant online access instead of physical shipment.
If your purchase includes instant access, your order details will be made available after checkout and/or sent to the email address used at purchase.
Instant access orders do not require physical shipping and will not include a tracking number unless a physical item is also included in the order.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout to receive order access and delivery details.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout when physical shipping applies.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping on orders over $75
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, verification, or other factors outside of our control.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Orders that include instant access only may not receive shipment tracking, since no physical shipment is required.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of our products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.
We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are restricted or prohibited.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and shipment of products is permitted in their location before placing an order.
AGE VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
No signature is required upon delivery, simply placing your order confirms that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21+.
CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
This section only applies to orders that require physical shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
For instant access orders, customers are responsible for providing the correct email address at checkout.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide photo or video evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
We will assist where possible, but all damage claims must also be filed with the shipping carrier.

ORDER REFUSAL OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failure to meet delivery requirements, we reserve the right to charge a reshipping fee or deny reshipment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
